Returns
We accept returns for items in their original condition and packaging, including all tags and accessories, within 14 days of receipt of your order.
If your order has been shipped in multiple parcels, the return window begins from the date the final package is delivered.

We will guide you through the process.
Processing Time
Once we receive the returned package, please allow 2–3 business days for us to inspect and process your return.
You will be notified via email once your refund has been issued.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original method of payment. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
Non-returnable items
Please note that the following items cannot be returned:
- Items marked as final sale
- Gift cards
- Used or damaged products (unless defective upon arrival)
Exchanges
If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will gladly exchange it for the same product or issue a full refund. Please notify us within 3 days of delivery.
Responsibility & Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns. Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
